To help me plan for KYCK 2027, I’m asking families to complete this form to let me know whether your young people are interested in attending. This will help me book suitable accommodation and purchase approximately the right number of tickets.

What is KYCK?

KYCK is an annual Christian conference for teenagers held at Katoomba Christian Convention Centre (KCC). We usually book a house in or around Katoomba and stay together as a youth group for the weekend.

Tickets go on sale on 4 November, and because KYCK is very popular, tickets and suitable accommodation can book out quickly. We aim to secure both as early as possible.

This approach has worked well in the past, but our attendance at camps has varied from year to year. This form will help me gauge interest so I can make sensible bookings for our group.

Please note: This is an expression of interest, not a registration. You’ll still need to register your young person closer to the event. For now, I’m simply trying to work out how many people are likely to attend.

We’d love to have as many Rest·Awe youth as possible join us for KYCK!

Exact drop-off and pick-up times, the weekend program and packing lists will be sent to registered families closer to the conference.

How much does KYCK cost?

For reference, our tickets last year cost:

Depending on demand and ticket availability, the final cost may vary. Unfortunately, most expenses have increased, so I expect prices to rise slightly for 2027. Accommodation and other trip expenses will also contribute to the overall cost.

Financial assistance

We want cost to be as little a barrier as possible to young people joining us. Full and partial sponsorships are often available for families who need financial assistance. There’s an option in the form below to let me know if you might need some help.

If your family is in a position to contribute towards another young person's costs, there's also an opportunity to let me know. Any support is greatly appreciated!
