The Rest·Awe Youth Leadership Team will treat all the information contained confidentially. This information may be shared with a third party when it concerns medical health or care of the individuals listed. Please dont hesitate to contact us with any queries in relation to this information.

Youth Details

Rest·Awe Community Afternoons

On Friday afternoons Rest·Awe Youth runs Community Afternoons.

This is an opportunity for youth to come before the program commences for additional time to hang out with friends, play games and chat with leaders.

Community Afternoons include:

Supervision from 4:00 pm.
Dinner for $5 at 6 pm.

Would you like to be notified by text message if your child is not on site by 4:45 pm? (This is only valid for the present calendar year and will be changed to "No" if they do not attend for two consecutive months.) *

Permissions

I allow my child to be transported in vehicles driven by Youth Leaders, Staff, Volunteers or Parents who have a GREEN PROVISIONAL LICENSE. *
